We become what we believe about ourselves. There are so many stories that we tell ourselves, that hold us back from getting what we want. We may say ‘we’re too old’, ‘lazy’, busy’ or ‘unwanted’. These thoughts get in the way of living in a healthy way and from getting the health results that we are after.
