In this episode, we're talking about why you need to align your actions with what you set out or perceive to be your priorities. An making sure that there isn't a discrepancy between where you want to go (Ie, you goals) And the way you're heading (Ie, your actions). So whatever your goals, whether to just stay healthy, pack on some muscle of lose body fat, setting out your priorities and then putting things into action to make sure that you're heading towards your goals is hugely important for long term success. In part 2 of this episode, head coach Kieran Douglas Jones talks about the process we go through with each individual client to set out their goals, find out why they want to get there, help them realise how they're going to get there, then create a plan that takes into account their individual situation/lifestyle as well as how much they are able to commit to reaching their goals.
