If wondering how to introduce yourself at the Aberdeen Actors and Directors networking event is holding you back from attending, then try Jenni Wright's approach: just get off your bum and do it! I was speaking to someone in the downstairs bar at the Belmont, when she strode up and stood there...beside us...waiting. In my experience, that's the best way to do it. She's got interesting things to say about the difference between the acting/filmmaking scenes in Glasgow and Aberdeen, eg. groups don't seem to mix so much here in the North East.
