I remember running to answer the phone, practically tackling my siblings to get there first. Those days are long gone because most kids have their own phones. They don't make many calls with those phones, though. Most of their communication is through texting, social media, and video chats. Because of that, many young people have not learned the art of telephone etiquette. Or, in other words, they are not skilled at answering calls, carrying on conversations on the phone, or taking proper telephone messages. In this episode, we tell a hilarious story about one of our kids whose lack of phone manners got our family into a highly embarrassing situation.
