A Pennsylvania native, Chef Mancuso has worked for prominent country clubs, restaurants and hotels in the United States, and is a recipient of numerous national and international culinary awards. He is a high honors graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He participated in the 1996 Culinary Olympic Team, has won gold medals and continued to participate in culinary competitions in Brazil, England, and Germany.
