I don’t celebrate just a day - I call it “the season,” and the events and celebrations can last for over a month. As a proud Irish American, the opportunity to celebrate the culture of my forebears brings happiness, pride and nostalgia. Many of my happiest memories revolve around something Irish.  And they should. The Irish have one of the most outsized influences on the world of any group of people.
