Throwing Light

I love this time of year. The cozy atmosphere. The presents. The decorations. The possibility of snow. But I know it can be a difficult season for a lot of people. It has a way of amplifying whatever you're going through. For those of us who are homeless or who have loved ones who are, this time of year can be particularly painful. If that's you, I'm with you. In this episode, I talk about a story that was on the news a couple of weeks ago. It's scary and with it comes the temptation to shut our windows and our doors and our hearts. I'm inviting us all to keep them cracked, even just slightly. So that the light can get in.   I hope it encourages you. I hope you walk away feeling a littler lighter and a little more hopeful.
