Stopping, pausing, and feeling instead of drinking or eating. Retraining your brain that instead of pouring a glass of wine, we pause, feel, and process. Once you do this repeatedly it becomes your automatic response instead of pouring the glass of wine. 2nd - start to reprogram your brain with new thoughts.
