Every start of the year you have new year resolutions. You have the best of intentions to eat clean, workout at the gym, maybe hire a personal trainer to lose weight, start a new and better diet and the list goes on. But only a couple of weeks into the year your new year resolution starts to fade away and you feel hopeless and defeated yet again. Your “motivation” starts to melt away. Why does this happen to me every year, you ask? Just know that this is a huge problem that I’ve seen over and over again, year after year, woman after woman, promise after promise.  So in today’s podcast episode that’s what we’ll go over.
