Rich German was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. He is the author of the book "Monetize Your Passion", and founder of the Gen Why Project which benefits homeless children. Rich is also the creator of Epic Coaching Academy, which is designed to help coaches live their passion and teach others to do the same. Rich talked about how he lost his home and his marriage, and then ultimately quit his job because he realized the company he was working for wasn't in alignment with his core values.
