My guest today is Dr Sarah Hart, she was born in London and was adopted at birth. Her parents divorced when she was 7 and remarried when she was 10. She moved to Sheffield and her life began to change. She graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic, opened her own practice at the age of 22, lived the successful life and recently sold it to go on a life journey of helping others find happiness within. She talks about her life journey, growing up feeling different, her struggles with self-harming, self-sabotaging, addiction to porn and how she overcame her struggles by finding the answers within.
