In this episode I have the pleasure of speaking to Lucy Kuy, she is a trainee therapist, currently studying a Master's Degree in Addiction Therapy and Psychology in London. Before this, she was abused mentally, physically, sexually and left to fend for herself, chasing a dream of one day becoming a singer. She suffered with mental health issues, alcoholism and was able to overcome huge adversities and today dedicates her life and career helping men and women live better lives.
