Coach Drew joins me for another episode as we dive in to cutting for that summer bod!  I jumped on the scale and let's just say it's time to get the diet right. Ain't about that dad bod (even though I'm not a dad lol). Drew gives insight and tips to cut down. We touch base on counting calories and macros. Is it for you? I talk about my own experiences with intermittent fasting and how I have seen the benefits. Drew gets into what intermittent fasting means and why I likely saw gains when doing it. Lastly, we get into what he thinks of cheat meals and talk about some of our favorite spots for certain types of foods around Tacoma.
