Irma sat down with Marisela Morales who spend her 10th birthday in a hospital, recovering from several cardiac arrests and a metabolic crisis which caused her body to completely shut down! Marisela suffers from a metabolic condition called LCHAD. Her body is unable to break down fatty foods and turn it into energy. When a heart condition surfaced at age 9 - Marisela found herself in the hospital for 89 days! Her family never gave up.
