Are you a DIY person when it comes to fitness? What is DIY fitness you ask? DIY fitness is what I call it when you Google workouts, search them up on YouTube, and maybe thumb through Pinterest to look up what looks promising. We live in a time when we can tap our phone screens for how to DIY pretty much anything...insert-the-blank. This includes DIY’ing our workouts.  Does this sound like you?
