Taking the lesson from the Apostle Paul, who was in prison when he wrote today's Scripture Reading, we often think of the challenges we face in the world as a threat to our personal safety, and we end up fearful and uneasy. But Paul's personal safety was threatened, and he gives us a reason to welcome discomfort and uneasiness, for we live for something bigger than ourselves.
