Behind the surface of the movie are the incredible producers that make it happen: Max Handelman and Elizabeth Banks, founder of Brownstone Productions. Max Handelman has an unconventional story for making it into Hollywood and deciding to be in the entertainment industry, and that's make it all the more interesting to hear. Going from Portland to Penn, from investment banking to business school, from writing to producing – his life has been a series of interesting twists, turns and jumps.
