Over 100 millions people have mail in their ballots. Joe Biden have 253 Electoral votes and Trump have 213 Electoral votes. Joe needs 17 electoral votes to become our next president. He need PA or NC to win this election. Over 85% Negro Americans have voted for Joe Biden. You can’t convinced me Joe Biden will do anything for the black community.
