He ruled from December 30, 1965 to February 27, 1986. Vice President Fernando Lopez 1965-1972. He declared Marshal Law in 1972 to 1981. In 1939 President Marcos Sr. Fr. Fernando Diaz was considered the richest men they owned a combined 198,000 Metric tons of Gold. Secondly before he die president Marcos put over 600,000 Metric tons in trust for 50 years to help save the country from poverty. I am convinced he was killed by CIA .
