Affirmative action: Describe policies that support members of a disadvantaged group that has previously suffered from discrimination in such areas as Education, Employment, and Housing. Historically Negro Americans are the only groups in America have been systematically suffered from racists laws . No other groups have suffered more than Negro Americans not African, Hispanics, Asian, and Europeans. Affirmative action was made solely for Negro Americans. You must know and understand this fact. Nowadays the Democrats party have used it as diversity to undermine the Negro Americans so others groups can used it to become wealthy in this country. Lastly as we approach the 2020 elections. Negro Americans need reparations now. If you’re going to cast our vote they must give us reparations without it we won’t cast your vote.
