According to Historians 17 millions people were sold into slavery on the coast of the Indian Ocean the Middle East, and North Africa and approximately 5 millions African slave were transported by Muslim slave trade Via Red Sea , Indian Ocean and Sahara Desert to other parts of the world between 1500 and 1900. Sub Sahara slave trade started in. 9th century. The name used to refer to the intersection of slavery and trade surrounding the Arab world. Mainly in western and Central Asia Norther and Eastern Africa, India and Europe. Most of those trades were done by African kings and QUEEN. The European like to emphasis on Trans Atlantic Slave Trade. But they hardly talk about the Sub Sahara slave trade. African barely mentioned it to us because they were a major part of it. That’s why we have to research our history because our history was told to us in reversed. Get knowledge , understand and wisdom.
