Rafael Trujillo was born in October 24, 1891 Died on May 30, 1961. He was a dictator in Dominican Republic. He ruled the island with a iron fists for 31 years. He served as president from 1930 to 1938 and again from 1942 to 1952 . He ruled the rest of the time as unelected military strongman AKA Dictator. In 1937 he killed 20,000 to 30,000 Haitian the infamous Parsley Massacre. Many were drowned under water while their hands and feet was tiered. Haitian and Dominican are the same people contrary to popular beliefs. Prior to 1492 and during Spain occupation we all share the same island. Nowadays Haitian occupied the Eastside while Dominican occupied the Westside of the Island. His nick name El Jefe “ The Chief” or “ The Boss”.
