Hi, I’m Bruce Langford. I’m a teacher, bullying prevention advocate, and podcaster. Mindfulness Mode Podcast is my way of sharing with you what I’ve learned through helping thousands of bullied teens, adults and children over the past 12 years. I want to connect with you, provide content that matters to you, I want to make your life better, and share with you how you can have more calmness and more focus in your life.
