Daniel J. Canon practices in the areas of civil and constitutional rights litigation and is a founding member of the law firm Clay Daniel Walton & Adams, PLC. His practice focuses on issues within the criminal justice system, abuse/overreach by government, and employee discrimination. He is best known for his work on Obergefell v. Hodges, the U.S. Supreme Court ruling which secured marriage equality in all 50 states.
