There is a difference between “easy” and “smooth.”  Every real estate transaction can bring its own share of issues, some bigger, some smaller. However, agents and brokers need to ask themselves: “What do I do in my transactions in order to make things go smoothly.” We must be self-reflective. We must ask ourselves BOTH what we are doing right and, equally important, when things go wrong, what we are doing wrong.  In the end, clear and proactive communication goes a long way toward helping things go smoothly.
