According to a recent article published by The Irish Times in response to the findings of a piece of research conducted by Eurofound,  "Young Irish women suffer the highest levels of depression in Europe'. We explore this topic and the contributing factors, including body image, social media, societal expectations, self harm, eating disorders, internalisation, stigma and much more in a great episode with lots of important discussion points.
