Hitting a 3 pointer at the buzzer to win the championship in grade school may help you settle your nerves standing over a 6 footer to win $5 from your Saturday foursome. The key is to not focus on the negative memories from the past. Losing your job, bombing at an open mic, wearing white pants at the wrong time of the month or failing to get it up are all memories that can stay in the past. They
