This could be my favourite episodes I have recorded over the past 6 years. I often share with you conversations I record with my mentors. Well it doesn’t get much better than this! I was speaking to my Nana who is 99 years old. The conversation was so impactful I asked her if I could quickly hook up my podcast equipment and record the rest of our conversation. This is a woman who lived through World Wars, the decade long Dust Bowl drought while living on her family farm on the Canadian Prairie, death of her husband, birth of her 3 children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and now great great grandchildren. She saw the first car in her community drive by while on she rode her horse home from school that day. Saw the radio get replaced with the TV and the computer get replaced by the smartphone that she was speaking to me through that day. She has seen it all!
