Here are the basics components to my Off Season Training Program: Build some hypertrophy in the back, legs, triceps, shoulders and core. Add pure strength to the biceps and chest. Work in the sagittal plane to maximize load. Adjust reps to 6-8 or 10-12 depending on goals Increase sets and rest intervals.
