The greatest strength you can poses is your self acknowledgment of your weaknesses and the willingness to either change or accept them. In this episode I share some of the weaknesses I have had to overcome in my journey to the place I am today. I am in no way perfect, just ask those around me who love me, but I do know my strengths and more importantly my weaknesses. When I meet others who are looking for change. I always ask them what skills they lacking that are holding them back from their dreams. Are they interested in taking the time and energy to change it or develop those skills. And if not will they accept their weakness and have others help them with those skills. This requires a mature and honest ego.
