Intention is EVERYTHING! It sets the tone for your day, your workout, your nutritional choices, your sleep, your relationships and your business. Many of you don’t set intentions and let the day dictate your intentions for you! When you start a training session do you set an intention? "Yeah I want to lose 5lbs!" Thats a goal not an intention. An intention is I want to control my respirations throughout the session and be present during each rep. If this was your goal you would fail. Goals are black and white. Were you present for every exercises? "No, I was thinking about work for the last circuit.” Then yo failed at your goal! Was your intention for the session met? Yes! The fact you set it means you intended to be present which made you more present then you would have been if you had not set the intention. Now apply this to the rest of your life!
