In episode 10 of the Synergen Leadership Podcast, Julian speaks with Belinda Perisic, General Manager of Coulter Roache Lawyers. Belinda shares some of her experiences of being a very young leader when she started out working in some of Australia’s larger organisations such as Woolworths and Fonterra. During her time at Coulter Roache, Belinda has moved from a senior HR role into the role of General Manager.  She talks about the added responsibilities that come with that role, and what some of the techniques and behaviours are that she believes makes her team so successful.
