One of the guest artists featured during the Roots and Reason concert series is EMI recording artist, guitarist, and Berklee alumnus Lionel Loueke '01. Loueke grew up in Benin, West Africa, and his new album, Karibu, combines West African roots traditions with jazz. "Soul Sound" features Loueke on solo guitar.
