This is Derek Miller Speaking on Business. Success in Education’s purpose is to create pathways for higher education and careers that change the world. Rick Folkerson of Success in Education is here to discuss programs that will involve everyone from elementary school to retirement. RICK FOLKERSON Our most well-known initiative at Success in Education is “Keys to Success,” which connects students and adult users with opportunities to prepare for and start a career or continue on in higher education. We initially created an app for high school students to track their CTE pathways, access scholarships, find internships, and other opportunities. In the past year, Keys to Success has expanded to middle schools and adult graduated users. Adults have access to the job board, skill trainings and scholarships as a resource to those entering the workforce – all the way through retirement. Anyone can download the app and sign up!
