Natalin Hammond is the widow of HEMS Pilot Chad Hammond who was killed in the March 26th, 2016 crash along with flight paramedic Jason Snipes, flight nurse Stacey Cernadas and patient Zach Strickland. During this episode, Natalin explains the gaps in support for the air medical community when disaster occurs. We are also joined by ECHO founder and president Jon Kaminski who explains what the FAST team does and how we can better support the crews and their families.
