LT Chuma is a submariner who was instrumental in founding the CRIC during his shore tour at Naval Warfare Development Command. We talk about Future Warfare, Battle School and innovation in the submarine community. The CNO's Rapid Innovation Cell is an organization of 15 junior officers and enlisted.
