Denise O’Connor talks with Black-Irish artist, Michael Connell about his current exhibition ‘Povera with a Touch of Colour’. Michael works in mixed-media to create unique artworks made exclusively made from recycled building materials inspired by his day job as a floor screeder. Michael Connell is currently exhibiting his large three dimensional pieces at The Crypt Gallery, St Pancras Church, Euston until 6 June.
