Zaher's Small Batch is a result of a driven legacy of culinary artistry and combining Artisan craft with modern fusions and new flavours! He's a musician, father, business owner and all around great guy. We chat about his transition out of the 9-5 to full time entrepreneur and how he balances his time between being a dad and managing a business.
