In this episode, I'm talking with Tamara Leszner-Rovet, a registered music therapist in Toronto, Canada. Tamara shares her experience so far as a music therapist and mom whose son is currently going through the diagnostic process and receiving therapy services. More about Tamara: Tamara began learning piano at the tender age of 3. Growing up, she received many awards and scholarships for her piano performances. Aspiring to be a concert pianist, she received her Associateship of the Royal Conservatory of Toronto (ARCT) and became a Registered Music Teacher (RMT). She has taught piano to children, adolescents, adults, and to individuals with special needs since 1998.
