It is a natural tendency for entrepreneurs to get caught up in their vision, their ideas, see the future opportunities and get caught up in what the big picture looks like, yet many of us forget how to start back at the basics with the simple things. It has always been a trait of mine to focus on the big picture and over time I’ve learned that when you don’t start with the simple you miss the opportunity for a good idea to become a great product or service.
