Ok, I am in my early forties and I love using technology. I love using text and instant messaging as a way to communicate. However, what I have learned (from some very wise people) is that we should never allow technology to replace face-to-face conversations, especially in leadership roles. In this podcast, I share some of my thoughts about the topic of technology and communication.
