Jeremy Beland started his real estate investing journey in January of 2017. His original markets were in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  2 years ago, Jeremy started investing in new markets in Buffalo and Rochester in Western New York.  Jeremy started as a wholesaler but has since grown a team that does flips, wholetails, wholesales, and buy and hold rentals in multiple markets. He joined the Air Force when he was almost 34 years old.
