NEVER Sugar and grains and ALL PROCESSED FOOD do the same thing. They just accumulate as GOO in your body. Especially items with artifically have artificially extended shelf lives. NEVER TOUCH THOSE FOODS, THEY ARE NOT FOOD! No Fruit. No Fruit No Frui
