Professor Sir Geoff Palmer OBE is a Professor Emeritus at the School of Life Sciences at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh and a Human Rights Activist. His research in the Brewing and Distilling industry has received international acclaim and revolutionised the way beer is made.
