When an "Amber Alert" is issued, message can be seen and heard on highway message signs, radio and television to immediately broadcast descriptions of the victims, the abductors and the vehicles they were last seen driving in. Unfortunately, some people are upset with how the current system works and they don't like it when the alert appears and interferes with their television viewing. Security expert and former Toronto Police Officer Ross McLean joined Kelly Cutrara today to discuss how to make the "Amber Alert" system better.
