So, RISE & PROVE...where four teams from outside ROH occupy 3 of the 8 matches on the card and vie for the right, not to challenge for the tag titles, but rather to earn a Proving Ground Match with the champs, and THEN try and win a future title match. Sure why not, four outside talents saves money and does not at all dilute your product for a debut in the market…At least a World Tag Team Title match is offered up in the main event, BJ Whitmer gets a chance to return after four years away, and Eddie and Roddy beat the snot out of each other, so there is some goodness.
