Four women in the RCMP who launched lawsuits charging sexual harassment had their cases reviewed by former federal auditor general Sheila Fraser, as requested by Federal Minister for Public Safety Ralph Goodale. Fraser's report says the RCMP is more interested in the protection of its image than protecting the abused and dealing with the abusers.
