    My wife makes fun of me. She calls me a "sleep princess". This is probably because I've been really geeking out on how to sleep better. After all, it's during sleep that we experience a significant amount of  repair, recovery, immune system enhancement, cognition, learning and memory capability, gene regulation, appetite regulation, hormone production and cellular turnover. And that means lack of sleep can leave you sore, unsexy and stupid. So I've been prioritizing sleep (and especially deep sleep) quite a bit.
