In this episode, Abram interviews Katie Kim, a 2019 UCM Alumnus in International Studies who is currently on staff with Navigators International Ministries. They discuss Katie's own time abroad, how the things she's learned relate to ministry, and how students can better get connected with international students on campus.

Brennen is rejoined by his buddy Cole Moore to discuss who are the most overrated NFL players, to recap of opening weekend, and to discuss who are the best Mules athletes of all time.

The program expands opportunities for students with disabilities so they can live a more independent life. In Episode 2 on “Sports Talk” our topic is “The NIL: Good or Bad for College Athletics?” For YEARS it has been debated whether college student athletes should get paid. After all, college athletics bring in A LOT of revenue through ticket sales, television contracts, and imaging. But these are also COLLEGE athletes, most of whom are on scholarship that pays for at least part (if not all) of their tuition and living expenses. Our panelists discuss.

This fall, the Sports Reporting course at the University of Central Missouri will be producing a weekly show to examine issues related to athletics.  In week one, we discuss "Who Should Pay?" Four students will discuss their points of view: Should owners pay for new stadiums or renovations, or should the bill go to the taxpayers?

Meet our new host, Abram Tabor.  In this first episode of season 2, Abram visits with Jolene Watson.  Jolene is an assistant professor of science and technology, and faculty advisor for ASQ at the University of Central Missouri.

In the first episode of season 2, UCM-The Beat advisor and station manager Joe Moore introduces the audience to Corrine Benedict.  Corrine is a junior digital media production major at the University of Central Missouri and will be taking over as host of Sports Page.

It's the end of another semester at UCM, so Greg got the UCM Game Jam team to come on and talk about their recent event in Texas. Listen as they discuss what a Game Jam is, some of their struggles, their favorite moments, and how well they did.

In this, the next-to-last episode of season 2, Greg sits down with fell podcaster and digital media production major Noah Lampson to discuss their experiences on air and to share some fond UCM memories.

In this final episode of season 1 of "Voices of UCM", Olivia interviews Chris Holmberg.  Chris is an alum of the University of Central Missouri digital media production program.  Since graduating, he has come back for a master's degree, worked in welding, served as a para in the Warrensburg School District, and now is putting his degree to use in marketing and communication at Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.  Hear his story!

Nick gets a chance to interview a UCM icon, the first bowling coach in school history, Ron Holmes.  In segment two he interviews new head football coach Josh Lamberson.  And then Nick caps the show with a rundown of the week ahead in UCM athletics.

On her next-to-last episode, Olivia decided to bring in a couple of her best friends to relive some of their fondest memories, discuss why they chose UCM, and look ahead to their respective futures.

Ten weeks in the books on Sports Page.  This week track & field and women's bowling take the spotlight.  Nick visits with Mules pole vaulter Vincent Hobbie and Jennies multi-event athlete Hannah VanBuskirk.  Jennies bowler Jacqueline Garia-Ulloa joins the show in segment two, and in segment three, Nick previews the coming week in UCM athletics.

Olivia switches it up a little this week.  Rather than sharing the stories of others in the UCM community, Olivia shares her own story--how she came to UCM, what her experience has been like at the university, and her plans for the future.

Jennies softball is on tap this week.  Nick visits with sophomore outfielder Makenzie Cooper and head coach Susan Anderson in this week's episode.  And of course, sports news and a preview of of the coming week in UCM Athletics.

Olivia scored some brownie points this week by interviewing one of her professors, Dr. Mark von Schlemmer.  Not that he isn't worthy of an interview; he is an Emmy Award winning film editor with numerous credits to his name and also an accomplished professor of film studies, digital video editing, and narrative production.

It's another club week, as Nick visits with UCM Men's Rugby Club captain Noah Bryan.  Plus Jennies golf gets featured with head coach Chris Port and junior Rosie Klausner.
