In this episode I talk about how I have made a conscious effort to stop “shoulding” on myself.  Thanks to my amazing therapist helping me understand the psychology behind this, it has changed my internal dialogue, my doubt, my guilt and my regret too. By using the word should in your vocabulary it sends mixed messages to your brain.
